DESIGNERS

DESIGN BEGINS WITH DIALOGUE

Over the years, Deodara has collaborated with architects and designers with different backgrounds, perspectives and design languages. These encounters have given rise to products, interiors and projects that have contributed to the evolution of the company and its approach to design and craftsmanship.

Kathia Giacomini

Kathia Giacomini

Interior designer and founder of StudioGkappa, Kathia Giacomini develops projects with a strong personal identity, where materials, colours and details contribute to defining each space.

Her collaboration with Deodara stems from the dialogue between the designer's vision and the company's craftsmanship. Built over time through numerous bespoke residential projects, this relationship brings together design, materials and making to create a new balance with each project.

Francesco Zanotto

Francesco Zanotto

Architect and landscape designer Francesco Zanotto explores the relationship between architecture, landscape and materials, with a particular sensitivity to existing buildings and detail.

In his dialogue with Deodara, architecture meets bespoke furniture and the ability to translate proportions, materials and construction solutions into elements integrated within the space. Casa CM20 is one expression of this encounter between architecture and craftsmanship.

Morena Cotterle

Morena Cotterle

Designer and architect Morena Cotterle develops her work through an exploration of forms, materials and details that give character to objects and their relationship with space.

Her collaboration with Deodara has led to the development of products and solutions in which design ideas engage directly with materials, manufacturing techniques and construction possibilities, taking shape through a shared process of design and making.

Mara Marchiori

Mara Marchiori

Designer Mara Marchiori developed part of her professional experience within Deodara, contributing directly to the design and development of its products.

This experience gave rise to projects such as Otto and Edge, where design, knowledge of materials and an ongoing dialogue with production became part of the same process. It reflects how design can also emerge from within Deodara's own culture of craftsmanship.

Umberto Trevisan

Umberto Trevisan

Architect and designer Umberto Trevisan approaches design by bringing together architecture, interior design and product design.

His collaboration with Deodara gave rise to Motiva, a project in which furniture design engages with materials, construction and the potential for transformation. It is part of the company's design history and still contains ideas worth exploring and reinterpreting today.

Giuliana Cornacchia

Giuliana Cornacchia

Giuliana Cornacchia played an important role in a chapter of Deodara's design history, contributing to the development of a furniture collection inspired by tradition and reinterpreted through proportions, finishes and craftsmanship.

Her projects represent a distinct period in the company's history and reflect a journey in which knowledge of woodworking progressively encountered new languages and new ways of living.
